Associate (Accounting & Finance) - Urgent - Male Priority

At GHC, an Associate (Accounting & Finance) will:
- Interact with the Client to collect financial and accounting data needed for execution of project;
- Conduct research on a wide variety of regulatory, political, and economic issues in support of the project work, through open-source research and engagement with relevant stakeholders;
- Work closely with team to conduct in-depth analysis of the collected data;
- Develop legal arguments based on sound analysis of financial and accounting data;
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders;
- Motivate team members, coach, provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to junior staff;
- Support the management in executing business development activities, such as developing proposals, meeting with potential clients, participating in net-working events; and
-Undertake other project and firm development works as assigned.

- Salary: Base-salary subject to adjustment per your annual performance review
- Annual Bonus: Entitled to an annual bonus which is primarily calculated in reference to your contribution to the firm’s business performance. Such bonus shall be payable at the end of year where the Employee has worked for 12 months and be calculated pro rata to the period worked if such period is less than 1 year. The employee shall be liable for any personal income tax payable on the bonus

KEY COMPETENCIES/ REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelors and/or masters degree in accounting, auditing or finance
- Effective research, analytical, writing and reporting skills
- Advanced user of Ms. Excel and/or other data analysis tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing works
- Willingness and ability to work in high-pressure environments, and to travel frequently (male candidate is preferred)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
