- Spearhead and manage advisory projects in the sphere of competition, consumer protection, trade remedy laws and direct sale regulations. Works may include, but not limited to: conducting in-depth review and revision of the client’s contract, sales, marketing policies to ensure law compliance; assisting the client with legal issues pertaining to competition,
consumer protection, trade remedy and direct-sale litigations;
- Support Senior Directors in executing business development activities. Works may include, but not limited to: gathering client requirements, strategy discussion, developing proposals and draft business contracts with clients;
- Liaison with governmental authorities to comprehensively understand regulatory frameworks, policy and practice, and to accomplish project tasks as needed;
- Review and revise project deliverable developed by team members in order to maintain high standard of professional service;
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients. Establish credibility, influence where appropriate and provide excellent client service;
- Motivate consultant team, coach, support and provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to more junior members of the team on day-to-day basis;
- Manage project time lines, deliverable and project financial matters;
- Undertake other project and firm development works as required.
