01 Business Development Manager

* Job Purpose:
- Setup New Service/Business for Digital Business Department with Project Implementation Framework.
- Support Client project/request in accordance with Client Success team to deliver the client project at excellent client experience.
- Be a part of the team to support Business Development Director to deliver the team mission.

* Job Duties:
The Business Development Manager will lead a small team of Business Development Officers to implement projects :
- Company projects to develop new business/services.
- Client projects/request as a supporting roles for Client Success Team to maintain excellent client experience.
- The role must understand the company business and process and client request to balance the resource and timeline to meet client expectation.
- The role must be all time support the Business Development Director to deliver the company goals and all KPIs must be aligned.
- The role must be good in communication and coordination to work with other department in the company and be the leader to help the team member to achieve the goals.

- University Degree (Technical Background is preferred)
- Project Management Skillset
- More than 5 years experiences (working in Financial Sector is a plus)
- Good Communication/Commanding skill in English/Vietnamese.
- Leadership skill and spirit.
- Self-Motivation, Goal Oriented, Problem Solving skill.
- English : Writing and Speaking
- Basic Computer Knowledge with Office skill.
