- Control marketing budget spending as plan
- Track, monitor, report marketing budget spending
* PicOS:
- Give input to CO marketing on design of PicOS
- Align with Sales region & request CO Marketing for POS production & delivery to distributor
- Support Market Execution in term of PicOs deployment
- Analyze, report progress of PicOS deployment in his/her region
* Market Intelligent:
- Monthly region analysis & competition report and propose action plan.
- Ad-hoc market report, analysis.
