* Lead forecasting models effectively for sales operations especially: new product improvement and management, consumer promotion, commercial campaign/ sales promotion by Regions to execution such as:
  - Scheduling forecast review meetings with management on regular basis.
  - Proper channel forecasting. Working with cross-functional team of inventory, supply chain and sales in demand planning to execute demand planning activities effectively to support sales growth.
  * Drive demand planning processes not only to improve forecast accuracy but also to be in-line with business strategies and costing initiatives:
  - Prepare comprehensive supporting data and forecast accuracy KPIs
  - Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  - Weekly/ monthly update on risk analysis to identify opportunities and improvements in a timely and accurate manner.
  - Segmenting rationale to classify class A/B/C on quarterly/ half year review to make all functions focus and set priority
  - Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
