Store Officer (Finish Goods)

 - Prepare outgoing schedule and delivery order on time ( FUJI+Pioneer+Lite-on, Canon HK, Inkel, KYO HK, FUJI HK, Canon HK, Canon PL, UMC HK…vv):
+ Check stock at actual warehouse & on SAP.
+ Pick the batch of FG from W3FG to transfer to W6AS
+ Create DO accordance with customer DO from CSO.
+ Post GI on SAP
+ Transfer the approved DO to driver for delivery
- Submit DO and shipment documents to CSO
- Handling shipment to customer if having any issues with q’ty, document.
- Input scanned data into SAP daily exactly in a timely manner.
- Update stock data and send out stock report every morning
- Submit DO and other delivery documents with customer confirmation to CSO daily
- ISO document preparation
- Other work assigned by superiors.

- Can communication skill in English
- Competence in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.

- Having SAP experience is advantage
