Quality Assurance Manager (Quality System Manger)

- Manage all aspect of QA functions.
- Ensure internal KPI and customer KPIs are met.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of the QMS, EMS and Quality Assurance program.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implmentation of Quality verification and validation activities through audits and or inspections.
- Identify gaps or risks of management risk and recommend improvement actions to management.
- Notify management of potential quality or regulatory issues that may affect product quality, QMS and EMS compliance.
- Drive quality process transformatoin to achieve high quality standard, shifting from reactive to preventive mode, with LEAN-Six Sigma & Kaizen approach.
- Support NPI, to build a robust APQP process.
- Be the overall “Quality Champion & Ambassador” for the entire site in promoting 5S, Lean-Six Sigma and Kaizen culture.
- Perform management and administration responsibility of Quality department.
* Every day pick up bus from Hanoi and Bac Ninh City to factory.

 - Unversity Degree in Engineering background or equivant.
- Total 10 years QA with minimum 7 years of Quality Assurance management position in high volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Metal Stamping and related secondary process is added advantage.
- Good management skill of QA operation with reference to ISO9001 / IATF 16949 system requirements.
- Certified Internal Auditor to ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949 standards is highly preferred.
- Good problem solving skills and analytical mind i.e good skill in 7QC tools, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis, SPC, LEAN and 6-Sigma, Kaizen etc...
6-Sigma Green or Black belt qualification is added advantage.
- Familiar with Automotive Quality Management System and experience in participation in APQP process with CQI standards and automotive 5 core tools.
- Good communication skill in English and a second language, Vietnamese, Mandarin and Japanese is added advantage.
- Competence in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Flexibility in term of working hours and able to work under high pressure
