Maintenance Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer

Scope: Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across an organization. Manages maintenance activities for the upkeep of machinery, equipment’s, buildings facilities, landscapes, vehicles, and offices. Oversees a range of custodial and maintenance activities.
- Monitor all production machine and equipment’s servicing, minor repair, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Monitoring and maintenance of building facilities, compressed air system and other auxiliary equipment’s.
- Provide guidance and training for all maintenance personnel.
- Overseeing all activities perform by maintenance staff.
- Maintain safety protocols for all maintenance teams.
- Establish the preventive and predictive maintenance schedule.
- To arrange the purchase of spare parts and replacement parts. Maintain a minimum stock for key machinery.
- To liaise with Sub Contractor on machine repairs and contract services. To oversee the servicing of all the auxiliary equipment by external.
- To monitor and report the machine breakdown rate, MTTR, MTBF and utility consumption monthly.
- To improve the electricity and water consumption

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electric) or in equivalent
- Min. 5 years’ experience in machine maintenance function
- Knowledge in repair stamping press/tool room equipment’s, electric wiring & building maintenance.
- English knowledge - both oral and written
