- Create store Planogram to maximize the amount of merchandise on the shelf and the amount of sales.
- To make a section look more aesthetically appealing to the customer.
- Manage visual concept for new product, seasonal, promotion, events..
- Create a set of communication tools for giving customers clear information on products/brands
- Participate in fixture design
- Training store staffs to maintain VM guidelines effectively.
- Liaising and coordinate with supply chain to produce finished artwork, POS material and signage.
- Liaising and coordinate with operations and merchandiser in the implementation of promotional brand activities and visual retail executions.
- Weekly store visit to assess and action plan opportunities to enhance in-store presentation.
- Other duties as required.
