Facilities Management Administrator - Highlands Coffee Hà Nội

- Budget tracking & controlling, Make PR process (follow up until PR finish)
- Mainly In charge Tablue Project/ Asset Management and Maintenance dashboard.
- Collect Defects Report from Technical Team, Non-technical team, register and submit to TM to align Construction.
- Support for TMs, NTM collect information and issue service schedule to Ops
- Collect reports from FM team nationwide
- Inventory control (Stock in/out from CFM)
- Support TMs, NTM in collect report from Service Suppliers
- Manage Working timesheet record and Overtime sheet
- New Store Opening support paperwork (Electric & Water license for NSO at needed)
- Focus on FMs admin ( meeting minutes, and comunication from FM to Ops ).
- Report to direct Manager on time

- Education: College or Hospitality Education
- Experience: Project Admin
- Work related skills:
