✔️Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, board meetings, conferences, and travel, etc
✔️Attend meetings and keep minutes
✔️Prepares reports by collecting information
✔️Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
✔️Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
✔️Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
✔️If more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
✔️Liaise with consultants, suppliers and contractors
✔️Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.

✔️Female, age from 25 to 35
✔️Minimum 3 years of work experience in general administration or secretary or have worked with foreigners before
✔️Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
✔️Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
✔️Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
✔️Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✔️Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
✔️Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and to take initiative
✔️Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
✔️High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm
✔️An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure
✔️Be willing and able to travel.

✔️Salary: Negotiable (can be offered depending on skills and experience)
✔️12 days annual leave, full participation of social insurance, health insurance, UI, insurance 24/24.
✔️Full benefit policy as required by law.
✔️ Workweek: 8 hours/day, typically Monday to Friday (8am-12am, 1pm-5pm)
✔️ Location: 2B Ho Xuan Huong Str., W6, D3, HCMC
