Manufacturing Engineer

- Supporting in developing & implementing IE & lean
- Manufacturing processes across all product categories for vendors/factories
- Working together with Merchandising & Vendors and drive them for improving production Lead-time
- Overseeing & closing working with GIS costing initiatives
- Exploring & developing new training tools and training materials for both merchandising & Vendors
- Supporting and tracking key factory productivity metrics to monitor the continuous improvement

- Degree in Industrial Engineering (Industry related) or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years professional experience in IE & Lean at managerial level
- Experience in Manufacturing, operations back ground. Experienced in implementing IE/Lean practices. Knowledge of PMTS based tools preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Project management skills in the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time
- Experience in leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decision-making
- Demonstrating executive presence, presentation, influencing, and collaboration across a leadership team
- Demonstrating ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable results to the team. Strong risk management and trouble shooting skills; works proactively
- Ability to work under pressure and have good team work
- High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm

- Salary: Negotiable (can be offered depending on skills and experience) and are considered for salary increase according to KPI per year.
