- In charge of Sales ( PSI) of all dealers in Mekong delta to ensure sales target
- Take care of and follow up dealers’ operation
- Monitor dealers’ performance ( Order plan, sales, stick status , price control, payment follow –up, spare parts business, after-sale service…) by visiting dealers frequently, analyze their performances, sales & opportunities & then make proposal report for improvement
- Consolidate market information & competitors monthly : Market trends, competitor activities, technology change and feed back to sales manager
- Implement Sales activities (Seminar , test-drive, demo,…) together with marketing section in order to promote sales .
