Sales Operative & Skin Store Lead

Main responsibilities:
1. Sales Operative:
- Data & System Management: Sales Operative manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a business function or a campaign. Direct In charge of System Development & Optimization, including website, mobile application (both front end & back end). Propose valuable input for technical team to revise accordingly (if any)
- In charge of daily order: coordinate with Warehouse & Customer Service Staff to manage & monitor daily order. Lead Warehouse staff to handle order request from Spa persons.
2. Skin Store Lead:
- Design monthly activities for Skin Store (Promotion/Communication) & Monitor Performance up to assigned KPIs
- Follow with collaborators or Partners to push sales
- Report to BOD
Reporting line: to Head of Operations/Commercial Director, dotted line to CEO

Other Skills and Abilities:
Position requires demonstrated applied skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), basic design & editing (Photoshop, Video Clip Editing softwares).
