We are looking for a well-rounded, passionate and dynamic Media Manager to not only drive our growing beauty communities forward but also to work closely together with our product/sales team to add more values for end consumers. He/she is the one who believes in the power of digital and content, as well as has a strong understanding and experience in operating, project leading and taking the initiative on digital platforms and media/communication field.
Media Manager will manage our talented team of Content Editor(s), Social Media Executive(s), and report directly to Group Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Happy Skin Vietnam’s digital media efforts, including but not limited to Happyskin.vn website, Youtube channel, Facebook official fanpage & groups, Instagram account, Happy Skin Mobile App… in terms of community growth (traffic, users...) and sales optimization with support from product/sales team (CTR, purchases…) on these channels
- Supervise the whole process of content creation (videos, posts, product reviews,…), publishing & optimization (SEO, feature upgrades...) for the above platforms, which can involve intensive research, planning, cooperation, and constantly curating/reviewing to get the best out of content, social media & SEO team
- Be responsible for daily performance of the above communities to ensure quality of posts, response rate, searchability… as well as monetize our platforms via content publishing & PR partnership. Happy Skin is frequently partnering with beauty brands, beauty businesses on campaign basis, hence, he/she will be responsible for taking client brief, work with internal team and lead from proposal, execution to final report
- Develop and implement communication activities such as livestreams, banner displays, minigames, giveaways, offlines, workshops… to increase reach, engagement & sales results. As Happy Skin plans to expand our communities not only on official pages, but also by launching satellite beauty groups for beauty-savvy users, this will be a valuable experience for digital-savvy marketers to be the champion for this exciting project
- Work closely with product/sales team and constantly seek out new approaches to generate better sales results from our content & communities
- Track & analyze data, platform analytics frequently & deeply to monitor performance and give recommendations for the business
- Coordinate with related parties to make sure Happy Skin’s annual media plan being executed properly, in time and meet assigned KPIs
- Review and provide recommendations for our in-house IT/technical team to improve & upgrade user experience on our current platforms
- Supporting role in other relevant digital & communication projects
