Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing is always the busiest bee in the team, their workload is tons, hence, they play important role internally & externally, and they also the ones who sees the personally improvement most significant.
- Be a part of the team to develop and monitor Happy Skin’s & Skin Store’s digital platforms, including but not limited to our websites, Facebook fanpages, Instagram accounts, Youtube channels..., which can involve content creation, search engine optimization (SEO) and frequent function review & recommendations to upgrade these platforms. This is a precious opportunity for you to discover and learn what it takes to build up a well-rounded digital architecture.
- Develop and implement communication activities, both online & offline such as mini games, giveaways, workshops, sale events… in order to increase reach, engagement for Happy Skin & sales results for our ecommerce business Skin Store Vietnam.
- Coordinate with related parties to make sure the plan executed properly, in time and meet assigned KPI while trying their best to monetize the platform in a short period of time.
- Project leading & account management. Happy Skin is frequently partnering with beauty brands, beauty business on annual basis or campaign basis, the digital marketing executive is responsible for taking the request from clients/partner, debrief to internal team, lead the proposal and execution, track the performance.
- Supporting role in other relevant digital projects.

- Love working & dealing with people, not afraid of solving problems (as you will face it day by day)
- Passionate about beauty/cosmetics, social media and everything about it (content, community…)
- Good at organizing, eyes on details
- Excellent presentation & communication skill
- Can-do spirit & quick learning, we are willing to train provided that you are willing to learn
- Think and act digitally. You must be ready to immerse yourself into our growing digital platforms and build them up together with the team.
- Language skills: Fluent English is deadly required.
- Other Skills and Abilities
- Position requires demonstrated applied skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), basic design & editing (Photoshop, Video Clip Editing softwares).
- Excellent project management skill
- Think and act positively
