- In charge to manage training, on boarding program for newcomers
- In charge for assessment & analysis sales forces capabilities
- Responsible for request, develop & arrange suitable course to improve capabilities for sales forces in General trade & Key account
- Responsible for designing & develop training programs for sales department
- In charge to do training course & implement training programs of training department as per assignment.
- Responsible for result of coaching assessment, coaching report and evaluation training course effectiveness.
