- HR management: Recruit, train and supervise all staffs to make sure that they are able to deliver company expected outcomes
- Sales management: Supervise sales team, provide necessary supports, work out sales forecast, propose ideas and solve problems to reach sales targets
- Stocks management: Set up working procedures and controlling mechanism to prevent shrinkage, lost, quality issues…Working closely with Purchasing and Product team in HCM to ensure sufficient supplies
- Merchandising: Ensure sales team follow merchandising guidelines
- Building relationships with business partners, ensure collaboration is smooth and effective
- Coordinate project activities for new shops, new concepts in development phase
