- Working time 22:00 - 6:00M (8 hours per day)
- Receive guests to the resort by greeting them warmly, friendly and helpful
- Perform check in guest such as registering and assigning rooms to guests, make room change procedures and check out
- Lead guests to their room and introduce how to use equipment in the room.
- Manages guests’ accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system
- Receive call, handles guest queries, comment and complaints, and refer issues to supervisor when nescessary
- Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all monney received
- Provide business corner serviice as required: sell tours, for rent motobikes , book taxi,.. with correct charges posed to guests
- Positively respond to all queries (both internal and external) redriect to department as required
- Checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary document and hand over for morning shift
- Perform any other task assiigned based on the resort needs or requirement
