Project Sales Executive/chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh Dự Án

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the building/construction industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Proactive marketing to find and participate in new projects fit for business plan of company
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospect projects; recommending solutions
- Prepare price proposal (collaborate with other departments of company to quote, bid, execute the project successfully within technical and operational capabilities)
- Ensure specified projects are constantly updated between the field sales to order to convert specified projects into sales revenue
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Bachelor Degree major in business or construction
- Preferably candidate with specialist knowledge employed in construction industry; 
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills with internal and external customers
- Willingness to learn and result orientation
- Excellent communication in English and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
