Logistics Officer/executive

- Ensure the effective and timely communication & coordination with internal parties including planning team, operations & Warehouse logistics (with regard to inventory, unloading capacity, storage….) and Finance (with regard to claim, debit note)
- Co-ordinate with planning & warehouse & brokers for delivering.
- Basing on the import schedule, follow up the shipping arrival: make sure the documents are appreciated for customs clearance, work closely with forwarder to solve the problems arise to be sure the goods released as planned.
- Deliver all shipments as requested
- Arrange all domestics transportation
- Ensure that all imported documents are filed accordingly in the most efficient manner.
- To follow up, create and record all related logistics’ landed cost.
- To make claim to the shipper for any defect goods shipped by the suppliers.
- To manage compensation claim with related suppliers
- Assist the section manager in preparing regular reports as required by senior management.
- To update the shipping information, evaluate & determine suppliers’ performance result.
- Fully comply with ICRF requirements and EHS policy of company
- Follow & review procedures
- Other tasks required by direct manager.

- Bachelor degree (Any field, preferably in foreign trade)
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics
- Team work
- Hard working, careful
- Enjoy working with and through people, friendly.
- Positive, participative, self-confident, self-starting, competitive, inquisitive, imaginative, factual, consistent, self- disciplined.
