* Summary:
- As Customer Segmentation member in Marketing team, you are responsible for all customer segment group research including extracting customer data and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements.
- Reporting directly to: Brand Manager
- High frequency of interaction: Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales
* Working location: Melinh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh
* Core job responsibilities:
- Critical analysis of behaviors and lifecycle demands of each of the supported brands segments. Understand trends which provides input into what types of offers to create as well as where to execute.
- Track & maintain market segment business plans as per alignment. Support to deliver market research projects to gather customer insights to identify customer needs. Evaluate segment and industry trends, competitive analysis. Analyze market segment KPIs (subscribers, revenue, and penetration) and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support to review data input on company’s system, consolidate related report and present key highlight need to focus on
- Work on field with sales team to get their feedback about all marketing activities and systems as well as guide them to use system
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisors
