- Book travel arrangements, meeting arrangement for CEX
- Book and do analysis for EPD field visit
- Communicate and follow up Commercial internal hiring
- Act as the point-of-contact for internal and external stake-holders
- Handle invoices with vendors, third-parties
- Handle ad-hoc requests and queries from managers
* Training logistics
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Map out training schedules for employees.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Contact attendees and department representatives about training program.
- Schedule the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup, including any audiovisual equipment.
- Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids.
* E-learning (SUM TOTAL)
- Create & de-active account
- Update training database, materials, records, etc.
- Assign e-learning course and follow up with participants and trainer
- Submit reports on training activities and results
