* Employee data input into HR System
- Collect and check employee data then input employee data into the HR system.
- Update resignation, training, report line changes information to the system
* Employee profile preparation
- Collect personnel documents (hard copies) and follow up till done.
- Remind of probation evaluation, collect probation forms and then deliver labour contracts after employees passing probation.
* Prepare logistic and Registration for new hires
- Prepare Insurance forms and Collect hard copy forms and send to C&B.
- Collect confirmation and update new hires insurance information on HR System
- Collect and deliver employees tax information to C&B team
- Support to arrange interview meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
