1. Key responsibilities/duties:
Participate in the design and development of initiatives (talent development, learning interventions, succession planning, career paths…), including need diagnosis, process/toolkit/system building;
Run the delivery of the initiatives, including communication, vendor selection, event organization, effectiveness evaluation, guide/counsel to stakeholders, follow-up and continuous improvement to drive the changes of employees;
Develop content and interface of the Learning & Development communication channels, facilitate and stimulate the sharing and interactions of employees therein to leverage know-hows and promote the culture; analyze their behaviors to maximize the impacts;
Plan and track budget consumption of development activities to assure sufficient yet optimal resources;
Provide reports and updates of relating activities in timely manner;
