- The potential HKM will start working from August 2019
- To organize, manage the works of department and ensure the best guest’s welcoming and serving.
- To organize all procedures and regulation in relating housekeeping operations.
- To verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- To resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- To operate all aspects of related computer system, including software maintenance, reports.
- To prepare welcoming all V.I.P s special guests and requests.
- To review housekeeping log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.
- To participate in the selection of housekeeping staffs.
- To organize, manage, train and evaluate the job performance all housekeeping staffs.
- To conduct regularly scheduled meetings of housekeeping staffs.
- To ensure that staffs are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other staffs.
- To prepare performance reports related to housekeeping.
- To work within the allocated budget for the housekeeping.
- To ensure implementation of all hotel policies.
- To perform other duties as requested by management.
