- The potential FOM will start working from July 2019
- To organize, manage the guest service operations of front desk, reservationr, Concierge... at Front office area and ensure the best guest’s welcoming and serving.
- To organize all procedures and regulation in relating to front office operations.
- To verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- To resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- To operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, reports.
- To control all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
- To maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
- To prepare welcoming all V.I.P s special guests and requests.
- To ensure implementation of all hotel policies.
- To perform other duties as requested by management.
