* Report to: REACH social enterprise director and REVINA BOD
* Job purpose:
To manage daily operations and resources of REVINA and report to REACH SE director and REVINA’s BOD as required regarding any progress including monthly, quarterly and annual business results.
* Job responsibilities:
- Organization:
• Maintain and follow all REVINA and relevant REACH policies.
• Contribute to the development and creation of new internal policies for REVINA
• Propose necessary changes to REVINA’s organizational structure to maximize business opportunities.
- Management:
• Develop and document a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the BOD’s strategic objectives;
• Execute the business plan to meet the projected outcomes.
• Operate within the financial budgets determined by the business plan and report monthly Profit & Loss and Cash-flow actual budget to BOD;
• Manage and support the senior management team including Operation Leader, Marketing Leader, Customer Service Supervisor, Finance/ Accounting and Human Resource Supervisor.
• Identify new services for development and research potential clients for these services.
• Develop/execute the pricing strategies for all services.
• Provide leadership and direction in the day-to-day operation to ensure efficiency, quality of services, cost-effectiveness and workplace harmony.
• Facilitate the marketing team in the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing plan that increases revenue and net margin.
• Manage general administration of all productions, payments and restore actions;
• Lead all teams and work with local governments to ensure compliance with legal regulations;
- Quality Assurance:
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to production’s Teams to improve performance.
• Provide leadership in responding to major concerns from clients.
- Development:
• Conduct research, analysis and propose strategies, processes, and procedures for growth.
• Keep up to date with development in REVINA’s services and make recommendations for changes or improvements to BOD.
• Develop and secure partnerships with businesses and relevant agencies.
- Integration
• Coordinate effectively with REACH’s departments and other social enterprises under REACH’s ecosystem to ensure REVINA integrates with REACH’s vision/mission, business philosophy and communication strategies.
• Work with REACH’s training team for the effective coordination and integration of training curriculum, students’ internships and evaluation of REACH IT training courses in Hanoi.
- Human Resources:
• Provide employees with appropriate tools and training to create an environment that maximizes performance and adhering to all company policy and procedures;
• Conduct REVINA staff performance appraisals;
• Conduct recruitment, selection, performance management and capacity building for REVINA staff.
- Networking:
• Represent REVINA at relevant forums to establish partnerships and liaise with key players and organizations;
• Maintain good relationships with different stakeholders.
