***JOB PURPOSE:
To initiate, develop and grow businesses that generate income while providing opportunities for young people to engage in meaningful economic activity.
***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generalities:
• Play operational role in building and expanding social enterprises under REACH’s Social Enterprise ecosystem
• Monitor and report on all aspects of REACH’ssocial enterprises to management board on monthly basis
• Research, plan, develop and implement new social enterprises that generate profit and provide opportunities for youth studying at REACH to develop vocational skills
• Review and revise operational structures and systems to support best practice in current and new social enterprises (in line with the law).
• Ensure alignment of business objectives with mission and purpose of REACH.
• Support managers of social enterprises to deliver commercial outcomes while building staff and trainee/graduate competencies.
• Take an active role in business planning and financial for each social enterprise and ensure alignment with REACH’s SE Strategic Plan.
• Identify and develop partnerships with businesses and organisations to build SE capacity.
• Internal liaison with REACH staff at all levels to keep them updated on social enterprise development.
• Work with REACH communication department to make sure all market and promote REACH social enterprises information streams (including social media and websites)
• Ensure that all activities are carried out within the policy framework of REACH’s social enterprises
• Submit monthly report to REACH management board about performance of REACH’s social enterprises
• Maintain good communication and relationships across the organization.
2. Coordination between REACH program and social enterprises
• Ensuring the social enterprises operate under REACH social mission and objectives.
• Participate in planning for the integration of training programs in all SEs
• Manage the timelines of all tasks and suggest actions needed to ensure progress in programs,
• Other duties assigned by Management board
3. Quality Assurance
• Work with REACH’s training program to integrate business activities into REACH training program includingon the job training activities, internships, and rotation of faciltiators
Deliverables
• Effective and commercially measurable support to all Social Enterprises
• Sales target of social enterprises achieved
• An effect integration system developed and implemented.

***TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Công việc chung:
• Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và phát triển các doanh nghiệp xã hội trong hệ sinh thái doanh nghiệp xã hội của REACH.
• Giám sát và báo cáo về hoạt động của các doanh nghiệp xã hội (SEs) cho ban giám đốc REACH.
• Nghiên cứu, lập kế hoạch, phát triển và triển khai các mô hình kinh doanh mới để tạo ra lợi nhuận và tạo cơ hội cho học viên tại REACH phát triển các kĩ năng làm việc.
• Phối hợp với các giám đốc SEs rà soát và sửa đổi cơ cấu, hệ thống quản trị và vận hành để đảm bảo các SEs hoạt động hiệu quả (các thực hành cần phù hợp luật pháp)
• Đảm bảo các mục tiêu kinh doanh của SEs phù hợp với sứ mệnh và mục tiêu cuả REACH.
• Hỗ trợ các quản lí của các doanh nghiệp xã hội đạt mục tiêu thương mại đồng thời xây dựng năng lực nhân viên và thực tập sinh/ sinh viên tốt nghiệp
• Đóng vai trò tích cực trong việc lập kế hoạch kinh doanh và tài chính cho SEs và đảm bảo phù hợp với kế hoạch chiến lược của các doanh nghiệp xã hội của REACH
• Tìm kiếm và phát triển quan hệ đối tác với các doanh nghiệp và tổ chức để xây năng lực của SEs.
• Duy trì thông tin nội bộ với cán bộ, nhân viên REACH ở tất cả các cấp để họ được cập nhật về sự phát triển của SEs.
• Phối hợp với bộ phận truyền thông của REACH để thúc đẩy các luồng thông tin quảng bá cho các SEs (bao gồm cả phương tiện truyền thông xã hội và trang web).
• Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các hoạt động được thực hiện trong khuôn khổ chính sách doanh nghiệp xã hội REACH.
• Duy trì giao tiếp tốt và các mối quan hệ trong toàn tổ chức.
2. Phối hợp giữa chương trình đào tạo của REACH và doanh nghiệp xã hội
• Đảm bảo các doanh nghiệp xã hội hoạt động theo sứ mệnh và mục tiêu xã hội của REACH.
• Tham gia lập kế hoạch cho việc tích hợp các chương trình đào tạo ở tất cả các doanh nghiệp xã hội.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi ban giám đốc REACH
3. Đảm bảo chất lượng
• Phối hợp với chương trình đào tạo của REACH để tích hợp các hoạt động kinh doanh vào chương trình đào tạo (bao gồm cả các hoạt động đào tạo thông qua làm việc, thực tâp và luân chuyển giáo viên)

REACH is a leading local NGO in providing vocational training and job placement for disadvantaged youth in Vietnam in the areas of Food and Beverage (F&B), Sales and Marketing, Web and Graphic Design, Housekeeping , Hair-dressing and Spa. We run an intensive 3 -4 month course, followed by job placement and support for 6 months. Since 2004, REACH has trained more than 12,000 students and placed 80% of them at job.
