General Accountant

1.Transaction review
- Review all transactions before posting to system, make sure that they are enclosed with sufficient documents.
- Review the balance (and details) of all accounts in Balance Sheet for month-end closing
2.Group reporting
- Prepare monthly reporting package, including supporting files.
- Review and provide explanation for monthly cost variances between actual and budget.
3.Statutory Reports
- Review tax paid and reconcile tax status with HCMTD periodically
- Support Accounting Manager to prepare VAS reports to comply with current regulations
- Review CIT finalization sheets to make sure all items presented correctly.
- Be responsible for other statutory reports (to SHTP, Statistic Office)
4. Tax and Accounting Update
- Update news or changes in the laws on tax and accounting
- Keep track of tax alerts from professional publications or consulting firms to update accounting team on local regulations/instructions that could be applicable to the company.
5.Ad-hoc requirements
- Prepare ad-hoc requirement assigned by department manager with provided deadline
- Perform tasks delegated by managers as part of back-up/ successor plan
- Support other departments or group entities when necessary

- University, major in accounting and auditing, or finance
- Certificate: of Tax Declaration;Chief Accountant;CPA VN
- Basic knowledge of Accounting work
- Structured and systematic
- Flexible and open minded
- Committed, dedicated and flexible
- Good at excel spread sheet and word
- Can use ERP / Dynamics AX, preferable
- Communication in English
- At least 3-year experience in the same position
- Experience in international production company (prefer)
