As Content Manager, you are an Editor and an Owner!
• Own and define the content writing style and tone of voice used for the market and target audience.
• Be a Content Owner, managing internal and external collaborators, including freelancers and other creative resources to ensure timely, compliant delivery of engaging and high-converting content.
• Research, write, and publish a variety of online content, including but not limited to long-form blog articles, product profiles, product FAQs, guides and company pages for different mattress and accessories products
• Be pitching fresh ideas as well as optimize existing content for our digital channels from performance marketing, EDM, to social media and others.
• Manage all outreach efforts and partnerships with bloggers, influencers, KOLs, establishing an active engaging presence in our community on key social media channels.
You are Customer Obsessed and Love Data
• Have a strong understanding of the customer journey and comfortable with using data to cultivate content marketing targeted at building brand awareness, driving traffic and engagement, generating leads, delivering sales, acquiring and retaining customers.
• Based on analytics, you will take the lead to research “glocal” market trends, propose local content strategies, and identify new audiences for furture growth.
You will play a critical role as part of a Content-SEO Team
• Work closely and collaboratively with the SEO team to analyze page and site performance, generate customer and competitor insights, and identify areas for improvement & optimization for customer acquisition.
