- Check new employees’ personnel files and data alignment in HRIS system to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- Manage employee personnel files, including creating new and terminate employees’ personnel files, filing all employees’ related documents, remove old employees’ files, control employees files cabinet and in-out documents.
- Manage documents which are archived in storage as well as control the cost.
- Support in handling employees’ benefits administration.
- Assist in registering tax code for new employees timely.
- Filling SI book for new employees timely
- Draw out SI book for termination employees timely
- Assist in other tasks as assigned from time to time.
