• Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors’ movements, etc. to identify brand opportunities and issues, understand unmet needs for brand planning
• Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution
• Get closed to customers/ consumers via frequent market visits
• Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build brand
• Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch
• Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
