Main role is to ensure all activities of the warehouse - transportation follow SOPs
and control acceptable logistics.
● Responsibilities:
○ To maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by
initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel
policies and procedures.
○ To safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and
monitoring security procedures and protocols.
○ To enforce all warehouse staffs to follow safety procedures to prevent any
accident.
○ To control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with
data storage system.
○ To maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing
new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and
requisitions for replacement.
○ To achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling
expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
○ To complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and
assigning employees; following up on work results.
○ To maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees.
○ To maintain warehouse staff work results by coaching, counseling and
disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising work results.
○ To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal
networks; participating in professional societies.
○ To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
○ To comply with local warehousing, material handling and shipping
requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence
to requirements; advising management if needed.○ Result review, Track, report health and safety for all WH/DC, high inventory
accuracy.
○ Strictly follow FEFO process, track, report damage stock in WH/DC.
○ Minimize WH, transportation cost (rental pallet, gas, truck-lift, loading and
unloading cost, transportation cost as plan)
○ OTIF: >98%
