- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Handle the daily correspondence
- Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
- Manage and provide the offices supplies: water, stationery, beverage & miscellaneous things …..
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for BODs/Staff/Visitors
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Monthly collect all the expenses of the Branch, allocate & prepare the payment memo
- Make & submit the expenses report on deadline
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Manage & control the company’s assets & equipment
- Organize the company’s events, parties ….
- Manage company’s site/page to update monthly high performance staffs
- Deal with Visa/Work permit issues
- Deal with arising affairs
- Others tasks as required.
