- Design, measure, and improve user interfaces and experiences for all technical products and stakeholders such as corporate website, ecommerce, customer mobile app, employee mobile app, intranet, facebook pages and BI platform.
- Performing user research and evaluating customer behaviors/feedback to understand pain points and create new features for our mobile and desktop users.
- Assisting team members in generating ideas and defining business requirements.
- Collaborating with peers and working closely with product managers, designers and front-end developers to assess feasibility and contribute to the UI/UX design process.
- Supporting, facilitating and completing large and small projects according to established goals and a weekly release schedule.
- Adapting to flexible processes that may change over time.
- Develop high-level task flow content and then use storyboards and other design documents to communicate concepts and vision to others.
