* Duties and responsibilities
+ Be responsibility to control and manage call quality of Telesales team. Quality check team leader check the consulting quality of Telesales agents to support, training and coaching to improve sales skill to persuade customer for Financial Products of the Company, give consultation, check detail KYC and complete required documents for loan processing. QC Team Leader reports to Telesales Manager
+ Listen recording on calls or after calls to evaluate quality calls of Telesales agents base on score card
+ Prepare, update score card for Telesales channel to evaluate calls quality of Telesales agents
+ Daily listen calls, training & coaching Telesales agents
+ Do reports to evaluate call quality of Telesales agents
+ Maintain daily activity as: support, supervise the Telesales team member to ensure consulting quality effective
+ Work closely with Telesales team leader to improve consulting skills of Telesales agents
+ Report and give solutions to improve consulting skill of Telesales agents
+ Motivation of team and Retention of Talented Staff
+ Training and coaching Telesales agents
+ Have deep understanding and fully Comply with Company Regulations and Policy
+ Ensure Compliance Standards and quality Service to the Customer’s
+ Demonstrate Professional, Considerate, Co-operative and constructive Attitude & Behavior when working with Staff, Colleague’s, Customer’s etc…
