- Coordinate and work with hiring manager on recruitment needs and plan.
- Prepare and post job ads, sourcing candidates and execute the recruitment and selection process & ensure the quality of people recruited in the area assigned.
- Update recruitment database and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needReview, evaluate and recommend sources of candidates.
- Employer branding (events, fanpages, programs, work with newspapers, universities, colleges, training centres, and HR consultants.and etc)
- Manage and develop recuitment fanpage
- Review and conduct orientation, on-boarding programs for new employees
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and / or manager
- Other duties assigned by department manager
