Service Manager

* Responsibilities: This position is responsible for Drive service (Motors and Inverters) activities and to generate sales opportunities through a variety of techniques and activities. Maintains customer’s satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources, managing staffs but not limited to:
- Have good strategy and develop Machine & Drives service team.
- Overall electrical and drive automation system knowledge.
- Achieve all the training course and take lead to develop service team.
- Update the deep technical knowleage to improve customer service.
- Preparing and completing service action anual plans.
- Find out prospective customers with target and expand service sales.
- Implementing the service solution and all the service contract.
- Develop the service procedures to achieve the target of service project completion.
- Technical support to sales team.
- Take participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the service.

* Requirements:
- Education: University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and/or Process Control
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience, experience in applied position and/or related market is plus
* Skills:
- Attention to details, self-starter, creative and proactive ability to learn, good interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented,
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good writing and speaking English.
