Senior Technology Engineer

* Successful candidate will perform various tasks including but not limited to the following:
- Make plans and manage repairing and maintenance to equipment, machines in the factory.
- Understand deeply capacity, efficiency, quality rate, production rate, loss rate...to perform related tasks of maintenance well.
- Have solid experiences in operating, maintaining, repairing...equipment & machines in the factory and environment to comply with ISO standards as well.
- Supply training, arrange manpower (considering suitable positions) in the team for working effectively.
- Manage, control cost, investment, expenses and spare parts.
- Be responsible for fire prevention, maintenance of facility system in the factory.
- Be responsible for any improvement to save energy & propose solutions when problems happen.
** Work location: LGDVH Factory in Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong, Hai Phong Province.
** Contract type: Full-time, permanent.

- Education: Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Machine, etc)
- Male only.
- Good command of English( oral & written), knowledge of Korean is an advantage
- At least 7 years experience in mechanical field and 03 years in the same position/ related field in big- sized manufacturing companies
- Good communication and problem-solving skills with high integrity, commitment, and cooperation.
- A supportive and win-win person
- An result-oriented person. Good use of MS office, especially Power Point
- A team-player & can work independently
- Can take business trips, work overtime and under high pressure.
