Pr & Marketing Assistant

- Responsible for the company message development & distribution
- Research, buil and implement internal communication programs, working environment, information of the LGD Group, convey accurate and timely information, ensuring all employees can know the information conveyed
- Make ideas, gather information, organize the design and publication of internal media publication
- Be the contact point with Company deliverables before they are published/ distributed ensuring all formatting and content are in-line with Company standards and expectations
- Proactively generate ways to advance the Companys brand, publications, digital media, speaking, opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising
- Actively market and promote Company news including formal press release distribution, article development, ect
- Develop branded materials as needed: Powepoint Template, and other supporting materials
- Manage and assist the team in maximizing the Company relations with various local, regional organizations, associations and affiliations
- Create the annual marketing plan/ budget
- Implement the annual marketing plan
- Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand
- Other duties as assigned by direct manager and report HR Team Leader

- University graduate
- Major PR & Marketing are prefered, Commication, Journalist, Ecomonics,...
- Gender: Male
- Good command of English, good communication and presentation skills
- At least 02 year experience in same position or related field in a FDI company
- Demonstrated knowlege, understanding and use of M.S Office (Excel, Poew Point)
- Proactive, friendly and very patient
- Able to work overtime, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
