Job Description

1. Establish and monitor training system for QMM3 department:

- Plan annually training calendar and follow up to ensure training courses are conducted ontime

- Coordinate of internal Q-training

- Set up training matrix and evaluation

2. Develop system to improve QMM3s activities:

- Set up tracking system to monitor team activities to achieve all target

- Coordinate of CIP and suggestion scheme in QMM3

- Develop blocking monitor system

3. Control documents and records in QMM3 department:

- Systematize all document and record in QMM3

- Coordinator of QMM3 for any audit

- Coordinatior of QMM3 to apply any new change of document from Bosch.

Education:

- University degree (technical background)

Work experience:

- Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is an advance

- Experience preferred

Traits and Skills:

- Result orientation

- Good at English
