* Organizational Management
- Assist in reviewing business units’ organizational structure, roles and responsibilities to ensure rationality, consistency and compliance with internal OM guidelines.
- Manage OM procedures & regulations, maintain required OM documents of business units.
- Assist in developing Position Management & Job Description framework and guidelines.
- Coordinate the process of creating/updating/managing all JDs of business units as per project timeline and ad-hoc requests.
- Review JDs to ensure rationality, consistency with roles & responsibilities and compliance with internal guidelines.
* Performance Management
- Assist in implementing the Performance Management procedure/ processes throughout the organization.
- Coordinate, follow up the process of KPI setting, reviewing as per timeline.
- Review KPIs to ensure rationality, consistency with roles & responsibilities and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Monitor/ Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), ensure smooth operation
* Talent Tracking & Analytics
- Coordinate the process of Talent Assessment & Succession Planning.
- Collect, track & analyse data for reports on Performance Management, Talent Management.
