Job Description
• Responsible for day to day financing and accounting operations
• Check and review all documents before getting approval from Finance Manager/General Director
• Check and review all accounting transactions to assure accuracy before posting
• Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
• Maintains the general ledgers and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of company transactions; prepare entries to the general and subsidiary ledgers to assure accuracy and compliance with the company and established accounting principles;
• Coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data, preparing special reports
• Ensure closing information is correct and sufficient
• Responsible to prepare/check all kind of tax reports and tax payment including VAT, CIT, WHT and other tax if any
• Responsible for all compulsory statistic reports
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget document, responsible for budget input
• Assist in working with internal auditor, external auditor
• Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager / General Director
