- Responsible for managing/ reviewing/ composing/ consulting documents related to policies of credit risk management and underwriting process by products in compliance with Laws and VPB FC’s regulations.
- Identify issues related to credit risk by products and make suggestions regarding standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
- Responsible for reviewing/ consulting on selling processes and products’ regulations by products.
- Coordinating with internal teams of Dept. to oversee/ cross-check the implementation of approved selling process/ products’ regulations/ underwriting process/ regulations related to credit risk management by products.
- Coordinating between Dept. and other Division/ Center/ Dept/ Unit, reporting, and proposed solutions for rising issues related to credit risk management by products.
- Managing the archives of documents of Dept.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- University Graduate, major in Banking, Finance or relating area.
- At least 03 years’ experience working in Credit Policy/ Credit Underwriting/ Credit Quality control.
- Understanding of credit risk policy.
- Procedure writing skill.
- Good verbal and oral communication skills.
- Accuracy, pay attention to details.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Ability to work without full-time supervision.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
- Patient and quickly adapt to changes.
