Senior Business Development Executive

-Seeking customers using headhunting services, expanding customer network, advising clients on recruitment services.
-Build up the customer database system.
-Participates in events, workshops, networking with businesses to enhance the customer database.
-Guarantees the contract signing target monthly.
-Other jobs: responsible for customer database management, negotiating and signing contracts

-Minimum 2 years experiences in building up customer relationship management
-IT candidates are prefered.
-Good logical thinking, hard working, responsible, agility, good communication and problem solving skills.
-Good English: communication and dealing with candidates / businesses.

-Monthy Salary: 10 - 15 Mil + Commission
-Probationary period: 02 months, 85% of monthy salary
-13th month salary, annual bonuses - annual holidays, travel & resort... according to company regulations
-Training courses to develop skills for employees.
-Health insurance and social insurance, annual leave according to the Labor Code.
-A comfortable, friendly, open & friendly working environment.
-Working time: 8am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday & 8am – 12pm Saturday
