• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have 5 years working experiences in HR Manager position
• Experienced in the development of personnel assessment, corporate culture, treatment policies to attract and retain talents
• Experiences with build and implement KPI
• Experience in developing work processes in C&B, labor relations, policy solving, recruitment
• Detail oriented and has good sense of evaluating people
• Fluent in both English & Vietnamese communication
• Have good interview, evaluation, negotiation skills
• Have good knowledge about Vietnam labour law and regulations, market intelligence and networking
• Ability to make decisions, good management skills
