- To receive & circulate correspondences to/from Partners
- To arrange & submit documentation for Partners’ signature
- To arrange & prepare appointment/ meeting for Partners
- To collect reports, arrange meeting & prepare material
- To book air ticket, hotel, and restaurant for Partners & guests
- To book stationery with Admin for Partners’ office use
- To make all expense claim for Partners & Coworkers
- To update and remind director’s schedule
- To do translation of correspondences
- To update / search information required by Director & Managers
- To carry out other assignments from time to time
