Business Planning
• Develop the sales strategy and budget
• Plan and manage sales financial and sales activity tasks and projects
• Gather and analyse competitor and market intelligence in coordination with management
• Provide input and strategic information for the annual pricing and budget management
• Supervise the development and implementation of all sales relevant topics and projects
• Support and monitor in improving company structure, processes and SOPs
• Develop monthly sales reports for management Sales and Business Development
• Manage existing markets on assignment and developing new markets for Charters, FIT, GIT and MICE
• Plan, manage and supervise sales activities and follow-ups from sales team members to achieve monthly and yearly targets
• Account management of assigned accounts
• Plan and manage sales and business development activities
• Handle and manage (special) requests from clients, customers or agents
• Conduct Sales calls and product trainings
• Provide internal sales and product training to the sales team
• Plan and visit trade shows and events.
Account Management
• In charge of maintaining and building relationship with all the existing and new potential partners, key accounts
• Work with related departments to review on regular basis about the relationship with partners and set activities to maintain and strengthen the cooperation with them
• Manage the database of all partners and present the campaign to approach and build up the relationship with them
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Project Management
• Plan, manage and monitor internal and external projects relevant to sales
• Provide sales input to the development of new products
Marketing
• Actively work on promotion campaigns to push sales together with related departments
• Liaise, communicate and provide sales and design advice to Marketing and Graphic design department
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
People Management
• Manage the sales on a day to day and strategic level
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings
• Motivate and inspire the direct reports to achieve company goals, team and individual targets
• Monitor performance of direct reports and team and improve continuously
