Sales Manager (Digital Merchandiser )

• Conduct planning, implementation and selection of items on e-commerce platform
• Assist in product development process to ensure that products meet customers satisfaction on quality and budget requirements
• Choose products following the market trends needed
• Manage the orders and understand customer’s expectation
• Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal teams to follow-up from sourcing, development and orders in driving on-time delivery. Negotiate price and timeline to prepare cost sheet and Test & Acceptance.
• Track and review pre-production sample and colour swatches to ensure samples match with required specifications and quality standard.
• Monitor production process properly to meet quantity, quality, order specifications and delivery dates to meet shipment deadline.
• Plan the promotion which is appropriate in that circumstance

• Education: Bachelor Degree
• Best priority for people who are working in furniture in e-commerce platform or who have worked in e-commerce platform especially Lazada, Tiki, Sendo, Shopee…
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Hard working, ability to work independently and in a team, under high pressure.
• Fluency in English or Korean is an advantage (preferable)
